LocalBound is a trading brand registered in England and Wales providing local business website design, Google Business Profile setup, and lead-capture configuration. Use the package confirmation or callback query form on this website whenever you need to reach our team.

Clients in the United Kingdom are billed in British Pounds (GBP). Clients outside the UK are billed at the same numeric tier in US Dollars (USD).

When you submit our package confirmation form, we collect your name, business name, work email address, phone number, industry sector, and preferred package. When you use our callback query form, we also collect your preferred callback time and question.

We use these details solely to answer your enquiry, hold your 15-minute scope call, and prepare your written project agreement. Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you choose to send.

To protect your inbox and ours from automated spam, each form includes a hidden honeypot check. Automated bot submissions are discarded immediately.

So you never lose what you typed if your mobile signal drops, our forms temporarily queue your submission in your browser’s local storage if you are offline and send it automatically once your connection returns. You can clear this at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

If our live team inbox is temporarily unconfigured, the form clearly notifies you that your request is held locally in your browser.

When LocalBound builds a website, Google Business Profile, enquiry form, WhatsApp button, or Calendly booking page for your business, every tool is configured on accounts in your own name — giving you 100% ownership and control over your customer relationships.

Any consultation or callout deposits taken on your client booking link are processed directly by your own Stripe account via Calendly. LocalBound never touches your funds or sees your customers’ payment card numbers, and no card is charged on our website forms.

When you trigger Google Review Request Automation (either with one click or by marking a job complete in your Google Sheet or HubSpot CRM), your customer is sent a polite post-job email after at least a 2-hour delay containing your direct Google review link and a clear one-click unsubscribe. Every customer receives the same transparent review link with no incentives or banned review gating.

When our live inbox is connected, enquiries submitted on this website are stored in HubSpot CRM, and our hosting infrastructure logs IP addresses briefly for security and rate-limiting. Where trusted service providers process data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on approved UK international data transfer safeguards.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers’ enquiries.

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to answer your questions, manage our commercial relationship, and maintain accurate business records — or until you ask us to delete them. Security rate-limit logs are short-lived operational records.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
